First, before I go any further about the Laser procedure I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff that works for Dr. Mañè and how professional and courteous they have been with me and other patients that I have noticed and whom have spoken with me also.
Sara, my personnel Technician who conducted all the treatments except one, first was warm, sincere, courteous, as well as professional when she treated me three times a week for two months. Besides being a professional she got to know me as well as the areas on my feet which she was treating. She was very conscious about my pain level as well as doing her best not to cause any extra discomfort during my visits. When I first came to you the pain level I had on my feet was, on level 1 to 10 , ten being the worst, was #10. Very painful and extremely exhausting.
Upon the final completion of the Therapeutic Laser Technology, I walked out of your office almost pain free. Using the above mentioned scale level my pain at the end of the final session was between 0-1.
You showed me that you really care about your patients as well as you impressed me with how much I was improving weekly. Your reassurance that if I followed your advices as well as wearing my special foot inserts that were made by your staff my pain level would decrease. You were totally correct and honest.

My name is Alta J. I answered an advertisement in the Tampa Tribune about Laser Therapy for shingles and neuropathy in my feet, that I have for more than eight years. I was diagnosed with neuropathy in my feet and legs approx 2 years ago. Medication did nothing and as time passed the pain, tingling, burning and numbness became more severe. The things I used to do that required walking was not an option. I had given up. I noticed an ad in the Tampa Tribune about High Power Therapy so I made and appointment for a consultation with Dr. Mane. I want to thank you and your staff for everything you’ve done regarding the Neuropathy in my feet.
Three months ago, when I came to visit you, I was looking for every excuse for NOT taking treatments, as they seemed “too good to be true”. As a matter of fact, I am probably the most skeptical person you have ever met. I’ve been told by many medical doctors that there was little hope; and the only treatments they seemed to give were pain medications such as Neurontin, Cymbalta, Lyrica and Oxycodone. What I did for myself, was to soak my feet in ice and water at least 4 or 5 times every twenty-four hours to help numb the pain.
After several trips to your office, and speaking to other patients, I decided to go ahead with the treatments. And, in speaking with my son, he stated the old adage, “Dad, it’s better to have tried and failed, than never to have tried at all.” That stayed with me a long time.
I started the laser treatments, and after 5 of them, my feet started burning less and less. When I started, my pain level was at least a 10. Now they are less than 1. I can now take on activities that 4 months ago would have seemed impossible.
When I came to your seminar, you had several people giving testimonials. I thought that they could have been paid and had never had the treatments they described. As I said before, I am a very skeptical person. I see now that I was very wrong! When something great happens to you, you want to tell others who have similar problems that there is definitely a treatment that could help them.
When the laser started working, I joked about giving a testimonial at one of the seminars. So, lo and behold, there I was on Tuesday, July 26, 2008, giving a testimonial.

Thank you for introducing me to your clinic. I had heard about the new laser treatments that were available. But until I saw your advertisements I did not know where they were available. But upon seeing your invitation for an evaluation as to whether or not I was a viable candidate, I decided to give it a try. From my first interview and evaluation with you I gained confidence that this treatment might just be the answer I was seeking to alleviate my neuropathy symptoms (foot tingling also foot numbness.) which prevented me from getting a good nights sleep.
The rest in now history. Not only has the laser treatments resolved the tingling problem (sleep), but the numbness has all but disappeared. Also, during your regular visits while my therapy was in progress, you suggested that the treatments would help my PHN (Shingles pain & burning).. I have had that for 4 years. I’m writing you to thank you for the amazing effect your therapy has done for my uncle. Cdr. Miller, USN Ret., has been going to the VA for years for diabetes, and the resulting neuropathy. The only solution was to increase the drug load, and finally offer amputation of both legs at the knees. This was to say the least, not an option. His intake of pain meds and Neurontin was increased proportionally. The VA tried every new drug and still little to no help. Most of the drugs were Neurontin derivates anyway. I, being an RN, could not understand how a drug to decrease nerve feeling would help his neuropathy. He was still walking painfully with the walker but less and less. It looked like he was bound to go full time in a wheelchair. He is a tad stubborn and was fighting all he could. The VA stated that there is nothing more they could do. His balance was deteriorating, his attitude was sliding down hill. I saw your ad in the St. Petersburg Times and asked him if we should at least see what you had to offer. He had nothing to lose anyway. We went for a consultation and I understood how the treatment could work. So we decided to give it a try. It worked. In just three treatments the swelling in his legs decrease to where he had ankles again. The lack of pain and the ability to sleep helped immensely. Now he is in the rehab phase to regain his balance and rebuild his muscle mass. Had my Uncle remained without treatment he would have not gone on a cruise for Christmas, or do the little things he likes to do, such as, put on his own clothes. He walked, still with a walker, into his VA Dr. and he was astonished because he did not even know my uncle could stand let alone walk. The rehab is tough yet the outcome is worth it. We will be leaving for Roatan, Hon. for a two week vacation in May. Something he never thought he would do. Only problem is now I find it hard to keep him still. He wants to go all the time. Thank you for giving my uncle his life back. Where there was no hope, you gave hope and that means everything! All of your techs were great, friendly and very professional. My name is Larry G. I’ll presume you’re reading this because you or a loved one are hoping for what you have not found elsewhere. To get relief for your body and rest for your mind. I’ll give you a brief run down on where I was and where I have come. To let you be the judge of what will help you.
My injury was apparently caused by old fractures in my feet from marching while in the Marine Corps. I was told that scar tissue has built up and put pressure on the blood vessels and nerves, causing vessels to break in my ankles as well as neuropathy. I had pain beyond belief. This is the order that the doctors took. First there was an (1) MD (2) podiatrist (3) vascular surgeon then two more vascular surgeons (4) nerve conduction test, lime’s disease test, vascular test, MRI (5) podiatrist (6) neurologist (7) podiatrist (8) neurologist. From one to the other they had me on gabopentin, tramadol, amriptylin and hydrocodone. After the MRI they finally found I had Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome.
Now for the good news. My wife heard an ad on the radio about what Dr. Mane is doing with laser treatments. I listened the next time while someone told of the symptoms it would help or heal all together. It was as though I had wrote it and another was reading what I wrote. Coldness in feet, swelling of feet and legs, great big wool socks in ninety degree weather, lots and lots of shooting pain, with a pillow between my feet and legs for pain, stinging, as well as stiffness in toes and feet. Trouble walking and keeping balance. I said I must see him. I was amazed to find he truly cared and spent at least an hour with me, while taking notes and giving advice.
I was wheel chair bound with nothing else to look forward to. I had been told by the other doctors to spend the rest of my life in my wheel chair and to keep my feet elevated. Try getting food for yourself or getting in a refrigerator or going to any restroom. Well I came in a wheel chair for the first two weeks, after that about two more weeks on crutches, then I walked in and, praise God, I walked out. And I will continue to do so. I’m not completely healed but I can walk and I’m so grateful to my wife, Estelle, for believing in me. I’m grateful to Dr. Mane and all his wonderful staff. And a special thank you to Andrea with her encouragement and kindness.
I will soon be totally healed thanks to everyone who gave me the tools to do it with.

It is with exceptional pleasure that I extend my sincerest thanks for the successful treatment of diabetic neuropathy. I was so impressed with my initial visit and though somewhat skeptical decided to give you a chance at helping me. I have been diabetic since 2002 due to medication that destroyed my insulin production of the pancreas. I had a blood sugar level of over six hundred (600) and the neuropathy probably started then. I have diligently controlled my blood sugar levels; however, my feet and legs to mid calf continued to deteriorate and they became completely numb, the pain was like a terrible toothache every minute of the day. My name is Pat D. I came to see Dr. Mane because I had Neuropathy in my feet and legs and was in extremely severe pain. When I first met with Dr. Mane, I was scared and apprehensive because I didn't know anything about the High Powered Laser Treatment and was not able to talk with anyone that had gone through the treatment. After leaving Dr. Mane's office, I felt very good about the type of treatment and wanted to sign up right away and get started on the treatment. I started the treatment soon but did not notice anything different for the first 3 treatments....and then wow, on the 4th treatment my pain was disappearing. After 6-7 treatments later....my pain had all disappeared. I had not been pain free in my legs and feet for 10 years and also, there was no medication to free me of pain. For the first time in ten years, I was able to sleep through the night without getting up 4-5 times throughout the night. I was amazed and could not believe what was happening. The therapist began working on my feet to get rid of the numbness and continued on that course for many more treatments. I began to feel a little carpet under my toes and heels but, unfortunately, the numbness never completely disappeared. It is so frustrating to watch yourself loose your independence to neuropathy and being told there is nothing you can do to stop it. A short stay in the hospital where the doctor ordered complete bed rest left me unable to walk to my mailbox or even stand while fixing meals without a walker. I had dry eyes, dry mouth, never sweat and had irregular blood pressure where it went too high or too low so that I would pass out. After my blood pressure dropped my speech and thinking was slow. This lead to my not trusting myself to drive and getting out once or twice a week meant someone else had to drive me. I wobbled so badly when I walked my friends were afraid I would fall and break some bones.
My financial advisor suggested I come see you and I made the appointment. He had many clients who had seen you. You helped them with their pain or their neuropathy. From the first treatment on my feet and my weaker side my daughters could see small changes in my balance. The neighbors noticed big changes in me after the second week. Each time you and Sara gave me my treatments my daughters wondered which symptom would disappear next. There were many. Your priority was to get my balance better. Having feeling in my feet stabilized my wobble; I could walk more which meant I could walk further to strengthen my legs. Now I walk a mile sometimes twice a day without any help, swim regularly, go out to eat frequently and play cards and bingo with friends several times a week. Tomorrow will be my last Laser treatment for my neck and right shoulder and I wanted to let you know what a special Doctor you are. I am sitting at my computer pain free thanks to you for all your hard work, dedication and bringing the newest Laser and spinal decompression treatment to the Tampa Bay Area.
I had been suffering with severe head, neck & shoulder pain since 1997. In 2001, my pain became so severe that I could no longer work in my sales career of many successful years. That’s when my battle with Doctors and depression began. In 2006 I was sent to a Pain Management Doctor where I had to sign a waiver where I would not hold the Doctor responsible if I became addicted to opiates. I also received many pain block injections which only work temporarily and are very expensive. After insurance, I am still making payments today!

Having had a neurological problem for the last six years I was delighted to read the ad on the newspaper for Dr. Nelson Mañè and his new laser treatment. Previous to this treatment I had a pain level of a constant 5-7 on a scale of 1-10. After having 12 treatments, I now feel that my constant pain has subsided between to 3-4. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the wonderful services rendered to me during DRX 9000 back therapy treatments. The level of professional expertise, knowledge and patient interest that experienced in some other medical facilities I visited while searching for a relief from my back pain. I had been suffering for more than thirty years with pain caused by a herniated disc that resulted from an injury when I was young. I have been under chiropractic treatment for all these many years to seek some relief from pain because the only alternative offered was spinal surgery. At last I finally became desperate and at the urging of my family physician I consulted a neurosurgeon. After a temporary spinal block his only recommendation was surgery and spinal disc fusion. With a recovery time of up to one year and less that 50% chance for success the future didn’t look too bright. At this point my husband who had already objected to the conventional procedure when he saw whey they wanted to put inside of my back began to research alternative methods of treatment. After reading an ad in the newspaper he contacted your office. You responded with information about the DRX 9000 method of treatment and the high predicted success rate. Even my husband, skeptic that he is was completely impressed with your knowledge, confidence and professionalism when we met with you. Our initial consultation lasted for two and one half hours during which you gave me the most thorough neurological examination I had ever had. You accurately diagnosed my condition without looking at either the x-rays or the MRI images I had with me. Only after your examination and diagnosis did you look at the x-rays and MRI films for confirmation of your diagnosis. Both my husband and I were impressed. In all these years none of the doctors we consulted took near the time you did to examine, explain and answer questions that you did. And they always collected a large fee for the consultation and the result was always the same recommendation for surgery. This time it was different!!! So I began treatments. At first I was sore when I got off of the DRX 9000 Machine but after a few treatments it got easier. The addition of laser therapy and ice packs helped to reduce pain and inflammation dramatically. Then after eight treatments the pain from my herniated disc was gone. Before my treatment began I had been taking up to eight Aleve totaling (2000mg naproxen-sodium) a day for pain. By mid way through I had reduced that by more than half. As time went on I further reduced the amount of medication and began to do all the normal things that most people take for granted such as shopping, clean my home and do laundry and ride in a car for long periods of time without discomfort. As of 3 weeks ago, I came to your office to use the miracle machine DRX 9000. At that time, I was confined to my home and couldn’t’ walk from a herniated disc at my L-5 vertebra. My life was miserable, especially for a woman who was very active once, and no longer was. An operation they said would do it, but I’ve seen too many that it didn’t help. They say that you are only as old as you feel. This usually refers to an older person stating that they feel younger than they truly are, but in my case it was the opposite. Before I started treatment with the DRX machine I walked like an elderly man that could barely get around. I was in extreme pain that limited me to basically bed rest. I could barely walk, I couldn’t work, and everyday tasks like something as simple as putting on my shoes was almost impossible for me to do. After the DRX treatment I feel like my life is getting back to normal. Now that I’ve had the treatment, I am back at work and leading a normal life again. I am virtually pain free, and am very happy with the results of all of my treatments. The entire staff at the Mane Center was very caring and helpful throughout the entire process. As my age is in the last quarter of a Century and I had 2 back surgeries and 1 arterial surgery, my nephrologists and vascular surgeon decided I should not under go surgery on my left leg. I could only walk about 25 feet and the pain in my calf would make me stop and rest. I received the information about Laser Treatment and decided I would do anything so that I could walk farther. My name is James W; in 2007 I injured my back sometime between November and December. I went to see my doctor at the end of December and had an MRI and was diagnosed as having a herniated disc. I was then referred to a Neurosurgeon. I was having a lot of burning pain in my lower back on the right side through to my groin area and down my leg to my foot. I was referred to a physical therapist and I completed four weeks of therapy. This did not remove the pain I was in. I had trouble sitting, standing, and walking with unrelenting pain and burning in my back, groin, leg and foot. I had spoken to two or three different people that had went through surgery for a herniated disc. All of them with the same answer: do it only as a last resort. They stated that their pain was still there after surgery. My wife remembered a friend of hers that had back surgery with pain remaining and she tried a new therapy back in 1998 in Pinellas County. She said this had relieved her pain completely. She recommended an office in Tampa that had a similar therapy with Dr. Nelson Mane. CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME
Before coming to Dr. Mañè, I had Carpal Tunnel Syndrome which progressed to the point where it would wake me up during the night at least once or twice each night with severe numbness. After three treatments per week for several weeks the severity of numbness decreased greatly. On a rare occasion it would stop the numbness. However, additional treatments over two to three weeks stopped the numbness ENTIRELY! I ride a motorcycle frequently and clutching and gripping the bars during riding puts a strain on my hand. I continue riding as much as I want and my hands feel fine. The staff and Dr. Mañè are concerned and showed lots of interest in me as a patient.
